This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application (iOS, Android) and web services collect, store, process, and protect your information when you use our label-based protein analysis, nutrition-label fact-checking, and ingredient detection platform.

Account & Authentication Information: Your email address and encrypted authentication credentials when you choose to create an account or sign in.
Nutrition Label Photos & OCR Data: Images of nutrition facts and ingredient lists uploaded or captured with your device camera to extract macro profiles and calculate label-based protein analysis results.
User Preferences & Logs: Dietary preferences, body weight, daily target protein intake, saved supplement stacks, and manual tracking entries.
Technical & Purchase Data: Subscription status and transaction identifiers processed securely through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe. We do not store raw credit card numbers.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data strictly to deliver the service features you request:
Extracting text from supplement labels using advanced AI OCR algorithms.
Analyzing declared protein sources and identifying ingredients such as free-form amino acids, collagen, and creatine when they appear on the label.
Synchronizing your daily protein logs and personalized supplement matches across your authenticated devices.
Zero Data Brokering: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or uploaded label photos to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or supplement manufacturers.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
Apple StoreKit & Google Play Billing: Platform in-app purchase and recurring subscription management.
Google Cloud & Gemini AI: Ephemeral server-side optical character recognition (OCR) and nutritional parsing.
5. User Rights & Account Deletion (Apple Guideline 5.1.1(v))
You have full control over your personal data at all times. In accordance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA):
You can permanently delete your account and all associated records directly inside the app by going to Profile / Account Settings → Delete Account.
Upon confirmation, your authentication profile, intake history, saved stacks, and personal identifiers are permanently purged from active databases immediately.
